Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 18th 2017

For Pet Parents

  • 100% refund, for pet parent within 7 working days for cancellation of 12 hours. ( Since, payment is pre paid)
    Transaction charges 2% will be deducted by Atom technologies will be liable on Pet parent.

  • Calling at our contact number (Mentioned in Contact Us)or writing an Email with Order Id will dissolve all your challenges on our official EmailId:solutions@petvacays.com

  • Pet companion will raise claim to PPC services LLP weekly and monies will be transferred after deuction of 20% commission on all jobs by him.
    Service and payment gateway charges will be borne by pet companion.

  • In case, pet parent does not recieve pet for 7 days.
    Pet parent will be liable for all expenses done by pet companion for extra every hour.

  • If, pet parent paid twice for same reservation then the extra amount will be completely refunded to the pet parent with 7- 10 working days.

  • The service provider or pet companion can only decline the reservation(pre payment) once booking confirmed by pet companion he\she cannot cancel the booking, only pet pret has the right to cancel the booking. On cancellation made by pet parent we will refund 100% of the amount, but pet parent will have to bear the transaction\bank charges in that case as extra.

  • In case we receive a cancellation from you within 24-Hrs, It will be subject to your coordinates mentioned in the account page. The refund will be processed in 10-15 days.

  • No refunds will hppen, If the Service is not up to the mark or satisfaction.

  • We reccoment you to write your reviews and give star rating accordingly on th pet companion profile.

  • For Pet Companion

  • Pet companion will receive payment from PPC services LLP every Monday post this claim with Order ID on coordinates shared by the companion in the profile section.
    Monies will come after 20% Petvacays deduction, 18% GST & payment gateway charges 2% from Atom Payment gateway.

  • Your payment will be processed by NEFT, IMPS or cheque.Post your submission ofbankaccount details along with Order ID.
